Honey Among The Red Rocks
May 28-30, 2026
EXPLORE, RELAX, CONNECT
This 2-day experience includes honey tasting classes, led by professional honey sommelier, Alysa Quitoriano; organic, gourmet meals prepared on site, as well as a selection of optional afternoon activities for you to choose from.
We will explore how to taste honey, identifying specific flavors and aromas, take sensory analysis notes like a real sommelier, pair local Arizona honeys with specialty cheeses, and then wrap up with a special hive-to-table dinner that incorporates the honeys we tasted.
After your honey classes, let your senses take a break and lean into any of our creative or relaxing afternoon activities. We are offering anything from a professional on-site massage, a private yoga class, hand making your own beeswax candles, or a trip into town to hike in the red rocks and vortexes of Sedona.
If you are a honey enthusiast or just looking to treat yourself to a weekend away, this is a one-of-a-kind experience curated to stimulate your senses and peak your curiosity.
